JOB OVERVIEW The Collision Repair Follow-Up position assists Collision Repair Specialists in checking the status of repairs by following up with vendors (shops, roadside and rental) and drivers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Confirm vehicle arrival or location with shops.
Contact shops to request required paperwork (estimates, photos, invoices, final bill,...)
Communicate status of repair to collision when necessary
Following up with shops to get the status of repairs and key repair dates. Enter data in key data fields.
Be able to pull and update reporting related to key dates
Update activity logs with repair data
Be available to assist within the department and with other groups and departments in Wheels.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year of Customer Service experience
An understanding of Fleet, Collision Repair, and/or Risk Management is preferred

Pay Range: $31,400-$44,000 The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
