Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager II



Project Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with product managers, technical program managers, engineering teams, and other program managers to complete high scale cross functional internal product testing programs. You'll coordinate many fast-changing, moving parts and still get them to come together as a product. You will be the voice of the users - advocating for them and driving key user studies to share delights and pain points of our products. You'll need great organization and excellent communication skills to respond to questions about product testing, quality and progress updates. You are responsible for identifying and managing risks, making sound judgments about product quality, and stopping (or accelerating) schedules at the right time.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple programs for HW/SW products
• Work with XFN stakeholders to build end to end testing plans for programs
• Identify dependencies and manage risks, key timelines, and stakeholders to remove roadblocks
• Keep processes running smoothly.
• Work and communicate cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Operations and TPM.
• Track and prioritize issues/bugs, follow up with engineering to drive resolution and communicate status to participants.
• Create user surveys, analyze response data, and report out (weekly) to XFN stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular reports (including bug and feedback triage) on your programs and user engagements across products for our management team.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree
• 3 - 5 years minimum experience in a program management role, preferably in a HW or SW product development environment
• Strong project management experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Proactive, accountable and collaborative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Interest in consumer hardware
