Description: Our client is currently seeking a Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience in De Pere, WI.



Hours:

• Monday: 6:45- 3:15


• Tuesday: 7:45-415


• Wednesday 6:45- 3:15


• Thursday 7:45-415


• Friday 6:45- 3:15

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Clinical intake, patient data collection (e.g. chief complaint, allergies, medical history including current medications, social history, vital signs, etc.).


• Laboratory specimen collection (blood-draw/venipuncture, urine collection, point of care testing, etc.).


• Performing EKG testing.


• Performing basic wound care.


• Review of basic instructions such as the use of patient assistive devices (crutch fitting & walking).


• Proficiency in completing and informing patients of results for POC testing and biometric screenings
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.


• Completion of the medical assistant training program and/or a minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience performing medical assistant clinical duties in an urgent care, physician practice, or emergency room setting is required.
  
  


• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
