Location: Hazlehurst, GA

Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking RN or LVN for emergency relief in Hazlehurst, GA!

Shifts: 12 hours shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)



Location: Hazlehurst, GA



Start date: ASAP



Duration: 5-7 days depending on storm



Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients.


• Administer medications (inhaled, PO, Sublingual, IM, SQ, IV, NG, PEG-tube, J-tube, nasal, patch, and other routes).


• Assist with ADLs, hygiene care, toileting, ambulation, and other care needs as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN GA licensure


• Background check required upon hire
