Title: Business Intelligence Analyst (Pega Systems)



Location: Ashburn, VA (HYBRID)



Duration: 12+ Months Contract




Description:



Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years



Responsibilities:


• Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement

• Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed

• Analyze and decompose complex requirements

• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions

• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation

• Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts

• Oversee the development of the offer enablement product as per the specifications • Facilitate change and configuration management

• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.

• Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications

• Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports



MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


• Pega Systems Business Consultant training

• 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, SQL proficiency,

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant work experience, specifically with B2B marketing

• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously

• excellent Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills

• excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills



DESIRED SKILLS:


• A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a related field; ideally an MBA.

• Leadership and strategic planning experience.

• Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.

• Experience working with business intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.

• Program management experience.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL or equivalent program.

• Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation creation.

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools, such as Pega Systems.

• Business intelligence/visualization software experience (e.g. Tableau, Splunk, or Kibana).

• Data mining, preparation and modeling experience.

• Statistical analysis language experience.

• Data preparation tool experience.

• Communication and presentation skills.
