Location: Merritt Island, FL

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $46.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Integration Tech III - B Shift - FL



Qualifications:)

• Experience in Drilling Aluminum, Composite & Titanium structures
• Experience in at least one of the following is required: Heavy (Primary Structures drilling experience) (Secondary Structures drilling experience)
• Interpret engineering models, drawings, and specifications, and understands written work instructions and test procedures.
• Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds
• Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and person.
• Basic digital literacy such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas.
• Work at Heights on work stands and in lifts.
• Perform repetitive work, including lifting items up to 35 lbs.

Desired:

• Industry certification, trade school training, and a degree in a related field (Airframe License).
• Proven success as a "hands-on" technical leader
• Work optimally with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
• Continuous improvement attitude. Our job is never complete; we are always refining and improving.
• Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it.
• Experience in handling large aerospace structures.
• Experience in assembling large tight tolerance structures.
• Experience in new product introduction.
• Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification
• Ability to lift heavy items to 50 lbs.
• Military experience
