Location: Surprise, AZ

Salary: $275,000.00 USD Annually - $300,000.00 USD Annually

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Render outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedure.


• Perform 20 visits / day on average, additional compensation for additional visit.


• Supervise advanced practice providers.


• Oversee support staff to deliver innovative care models.


• Maintain relationships with local primary care providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary credential.


• Active state license or ability to obtain via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.


• Experience mentoring and training clinical team members.


• Excited about integrating technology into patient care models.


• Genuine passion for patient care.
