Our client is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Bucks County, PA area. Please read below for more details.




Title: Certified Home Health Aide



Type: contract to hire



Location: Bucks County, PA



Compensation: Competitive and based on experience



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and light housekeeping services to terminally ill patients in the home, nursing facility, inpatient units, or other environments where the Hospice patient resides in accordance with an established plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.


• Actively participate as a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).


• Provide care and comfort to patients in accordance with assigned tasks and established IDT and Hospice Aide plan of care.


• Observe the patient, report, and document observations and care performed.


• Provide timely documentation of services based on the patient's care plan.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A passion to serve and help others.


• High school diploma or GED certificate.


• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.


• A valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required.


• Access to reliable transportation.
