Job Details



Title: CT Technologist



Location: Albemarle, NC



Hours: 7p to 7a Fri-Sunday



Length of Engagement: Permanent Full Time



Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience (PLUS up to $15k sign on bonus)



Description:



• Operates CT Scanners and associated equipment with a high level of proficiency


• Prepares patients for the procedure with a full explanation and documents on


• Assists other medical personnel, such as anesthesia, when performing exams or services in conjunction with a CT scan



Requirements:



• ARRT certification in Radiology, OR NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT scanning within one year of hire required in addition to current CPR certification


• Graduate of an accredited two (2) year AMA and ARRT approved program in Radiologic Technology


• Experience with implementing activities for monitoring and/or improving health-related outcomes


• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in Diagnostic Radiology or 1 year experience in CT scanning or equivalent


• IV and contrast administration certification required before performing venous contrast administration


• CPR certification
