Description: Our client is currently seeking a Industrial Hygienist


The qualified candidate should demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to attract and maintain clients. In addition, the candidates filling the positions will be expected to support our clients Health, Safety & Industrial Hygiene consulting services by providing professional consulting services by managing and developing multiple client accounts composed of one or more projects at values of approximately $5,000 to $50,000 per year of business from new and existing clients and report to the Lead Industrial Hygienist.


Travel requirements are approximately 25% to 50% depending on the support requirements of our clientele. our client is a privately held company with 401K, and medical benefits.



The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:



•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an occupational health and safety professional


•BS or MS in safety management, industrial hygiene, or physical science is required


•Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory and or healthcare settings


•Previous experience in consulting is highly desirable


•Eligible for ABIH or BCSP Certification


•Experience to contribute to a team of skilled professionals, communicate clearly with clients, and execute and deliver the highest quality service


•A desire to broaden the range of their professional skills


•Able to adapt quickly, while managing a busy workload


•Excellent and proven problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills


•Enthusiastic and versatile, and willing to take on responsibility


•Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment
