Shift: 1st- 7am - 3pm



Salary: $28 - $30/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision components.


• Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate machining and adherence to specifications.


• Practical Knowledge: Be familiar with a variety of CNC machines and their controls, including Haas (Haas Control), Hurco (WinMax Control), Matsura (Yasnac Control), Mazak (Mazatrol Control), and Prototrak.


• Software Expertise: Proficient in using software programs such as DraftSight, GibbsCAM, and Solidworks.


• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products using various measuring tools to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.


• Machine Setup and Calibration: Prepare machines for production runs, including tool selection, installation, and calibration.


• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.


• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance machining processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing setting.


• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
