Salary: $300,000.00 USD Annually - $350,000.00 USD Annually

The Judge Group is currently seeking direct hire Medical Directors for a variety of facilities nationwide for one of the largest Urgent Care providers in the U.S.!




We currently have about 60 locations nationwide and looking for Physicians in a number of different cities in California, Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Ohio, just to name a few!




Role Description:



The Physician- Medical Director balances clinical care with administrative duties, focusing on recruiting, business metrics, client satisfaction, and center management. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities:



• Provide direct patient care.


• Ensure effective execution of the medical model.


• Monitor clinical metrics and outcomes.


• Manage clinicians and support staff.


• Foster a collaborative working environment.


• Implement clinical improvements.


• Ensure compliance with state regulations.


• Drive patient and client experience metrics.


• Communicate with employers about clinical changes.


• Participate in quality improvement meetings.


• Maintain relationships with clients and payers


• Manage staffing levels.


• Promote Orange Book values.


• Develop staff through talent management.


• Foster a culture of safety and quality care.


• Understand and influence center financial drivers.

Qualifications:



• Graduate of an accredited medical program (M.D. or D.O.).


• Board certified by ABPM, ABFM, or relevant medical board.


• Licensed in the state of jurisdiction


• ACLS Certification preferred.
