Overview: Our client is seeking a board-certified pulmonologist to lead as the Medical Director of an outpatient pulmonary clinic. This role is crucial in providing exceptional pulmonary care and driving innovative care models. Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and perform procedures.


• Visit Management: Conduct an average of 20 patient visits per day, with additional compensation for extra visits.


• Leadership: Supervise advanced practice providers and oversee support staff to ensure the delivery of innovative care models.


• Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with local primary care providers to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary credentials.


• Licensure: Active state license or eligibility to obtain one via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.


• Experience: Proven experience in mentoring and training clinical team members.


• Innovation: Enthusiastic about integrating technology into patient care models.
