Community EngagementManager, Provider Relationship Account Management
This position will be located in Nevada. This position may work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Nevada Elevance Health PulsePoint location.
The Community Engagement Manager oversees and coordinates activities related to the development and maintenance of provider and stakeholder relationships, leads Community and Provider trainings, leads Community Collaborative initiatives, and collaborates closely with the State of Nevada Department of Public Behavioral Health in executing 988. This position will create and sustain partnerships throughout the State of Nevada that support the work of Carelon and our client.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Responsible for community engagement with key stakeholders, including professional, timely, and responsive follow-up to provider or community issues.
Manages and oversees processes to ensure external provider and community trainings are developed and executed in accordance to contractual requirements. Topics may include, but not limited to: crisis service delivery best practices, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, community based service delivery, cross system coordination, working with vulnerable populations, etc.
Trainings will be provided various formats including in person, virtual and hybrid.
Directs Community Engagement and promotion of the 988 crisis system.
Participates in community forums to secure valuable and actionable feedback on company initiatives.
Works collaboratively and in support of the Account Executive to ensure success of overall performance and experience of Carelon.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree; minimum of 3 years of customer service experience including 2 years of experience in a healthcare or provider environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
7 years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
1+ years of formal training program development experience preferred.
Previous leadership experience is preferred.
Education campaign development is preferred.
Public speaking and presentation skills are strongly preferred.
Crisis systems of care, mobile crisis, and Behavioral Health experience preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $69,048-$103,572.
