Salary Range: $80,000-110,000 (actual pay depends on experience)

The Business Application Administrator's primary mission is to implement, manage, and maintain IT-related business services for the organization. This position is also responsible for assisting in technical solutions, research, and recommendations, documentation, and training for other members of the team and customers. Our Business Application Administrator will play a key role in long-term growth.
Responsibilities :
Research, recommend and configure software solutions
Support the company's ERP platform with the following activities:
Configure/Administer/Monitor the ERP and related applications
User onboarding, offboarding and general management
Support ticket administration
General user training
System update and outage notifications
o Planning and monitoring
Goods pricing management (data updates)
Document business processes
Cross train Help Desk team members
Utilize Excel and similar tools to a high degree to manipulate data for import and export as required by system functions
Assist with generating and maintaining reporting with Microsoft Power BI or custom tools
Identify and then prioritize technical and functional requirements
Provide technical assistance to team members or end users as needed
Serve as SME and escalation point for the Help Desk

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field of study is preferred.
• Associates degree with demonstrated experience in Service Desk or Helpdesk management may be substituted.
5+ years' experience in a business systems analyst/administrator or architecture role
Prior experience with business process workflow, reporting automation and cross departmental change management
• Experience with researching, identifying, and implementing new technologies
Preferred or Nice to Have:
Certifications:
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)
• ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
