Location: Saint Paul, MN (Onsite)
Pay: $22 - $26 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Bilingual Spanish Front Desk, Operations Support professional to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will provide administrative support, manage client appointments, and collaborate with service partners to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding program information.
Coordinate client appointment processes, including referrals, intake, scheduling, and discharge.
Support data entry and manage client records using electronic health records systems (EPIC).
Provide administrative support to program staff and supervisors.
Ensure a welcoming environment by assisting clients in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related experience
Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
Experience in a mental health or clinical setting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word) and the ability to learn EPIC.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Ability to pass a background check.
