Job Title: Training Support Analyst - Continuous Monitoring Personnel (CMP)
Location: Norfolk, VA

Rivet Operations Company ("Rivet") has an opening for a Training Support Analyst CMP to join our rapidly growing team in the Norfolk, Virginia area. This position will support the Military Sealift Command (MSC) providing logistics services and supporting the Continuous Monitoring Program functions. Duties:
The performance of this work requires the application of broad knowledge of a wide variety of logistics support activities necessary to support Military Sealift Operations. These include, but are not limited to:
To identify all activities that will be involved in providing needed logistical support.
Manage Logistics Support Services in support of assessments, assist visits, inspections, afloat or ashore which may be conducted CONUS or OCONUS.
Review proposed policy and procedural changes to identify potential impacts on CMP training and fleet operations to the government.
Provide technical and system training to shipboard personnel covering processes and procedures on the management of inventory, financial, and logistics (e.g., MOF, Material Obligation Validation, Inventory, Receipt, Expenditure, Loss by Inventory/Gain by Inventory Survey, COSAL, Range/Depth, Net/Gross Effectiveness, shortages, and excess material, etc.).
Assist with the assessment, testing, and implementation of new or updates of logistics systems that will be used afloat or ashore.
Manage data collection, storage, and report generation of continuous monitoring efforts.
Communicate performance metrics and other important data points to appropriate government personnel.
Provide analyses, assistance, and recommendation for corrective action for the CMP programs for all assigned ships.
Audit monthly financial records and provide consolidated reports on the status of individual ships inventory validity, cash deposits, budget status, and receipting compliance.
Prepare and submit monthly status reports and other deliverables.
Compensation Minimum: $64,043.00
Compensation Maximum: $80,000.00

Minimum seven (7) years afloat supply experience on either Navy or MSC vessels.
Experience analyzing data and advising leadership on trends and recommendations.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in use of automated information systems/programs.
In-depth knowledge and success in managing MOF, stock record file, requisitioning, inventory reconciliation and location audit program, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and COSAL configuration, and financial reconciliation in Relational Supply, CMLS, SHipCLIP, Shipboard Uniform Automated Data Processing System, and Organizational Maintenance Management System-Next Generation
In-Depth knowledge and success managing an Afloat Supply Department, Budget/OPTAR Report, conducting research and reconciliation of MOF and Stock Record File, Allowance Load list, Summary Filed Order/Expenditure Difference listing, and Unfilled Order Listing.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
Security Clearance:
Position requires applicant to be a US Citizen and obtain the required security clearance for the position.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Lifting to 40 lbs.
