We currently have an opening for a Manager, Regulatory at our Otsego, MI location.

Job Summary:

As a growing business focused on demanding markets, we are always looking for ways to improve our products and quality processes.  Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, this role will support ISO certification and regulatory compliance.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Manage all audit activities: internal, customer and regulatory
• Prioritize, organize, and monitor daily workflow of team members
• Manage training program (Safari University) and ensure curriculum is current and relevant.
• Provide strategic and tactical regulatory guidance as needed
• Prepare for and facilitate meetings with regulatory agencies
• Perform gap analysis reviews between current certifications and potential standard certifications as requested by Sales
• Manage and maintain all internal documentation and procedures to keep current with the requirements of company certifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or ASQ certification for Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence or related experience
• Minimum five years’ experience managing a team in an ISO environment
• Regulatory submission experience
• Advanced computer experience with creating/editing documentation
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing
• Excellent communications skills
