Position Overview:
A construction company is seeking a Superintendent to oversee multifamily projects in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the multifamily sector.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects.


• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.


• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on-site.


• Manage project budget and resources efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $150,000 annually
