Join Our Team as a Controller Lead, Strategize, and Drive Financial Excellence!Are you an experienced accounting professional with a strong leadership mindset? Do you have a passion for financial strategy ? Were looking for a Controller to direct and lead our organization's accounting functions, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence.What Youll Do:Establish and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Oversee all financial reporting, budgets, planning, and compliance filings.
Manage and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team.
Provide strategic insights to management based on financial analysis and forecasting.What You Bring:Hands-On Expertise AP/AR, payroll, GL, month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Leadership Potential 810 years of progressive experience, with 23 years in a controller role.
Government Contracting Knowledge (Preferred) FAR, CAS, DCAA compliance, and contract cost structures.
Education & Certifications Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA highly preferred.Technical & Strategic Skills:Deep understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition for government contracts.
Strong audit and compliance experience with internal control development.
Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/accounting system proficiency.WHAT WE OFFER:
