Your Role:
The Oncology Territory Manager (OTM) position at EMD Serono involves a field sales role primarily focused on promoting Bavencio and Tepmetko and its approved indications traveling about 60% across East Dallas, Plano, Tyler, Shreveport, Mckinney, Rockwall, Mesquite, Tyler, Paris, Waco, Richardson & Frisco, TX Eastern part of the state. The OTM is responsible for achieving revenue growth and profitability through strategic account planning, innovative engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and effective collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Managed Markets, and Medical.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize patient and customer needs to enhance medicine delivery and improve patient outcomes.
Drive revenue through innovative strategies and excellent customer engagement.
Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives by implementing U.S. Oncology sales direction.
Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs, physician practices, and cancer centers.
Develop Territory Business Plans aligned with business unit strategy and maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Participate in field coaching sessions, focusing on account plan execution and competency development.
Demonstrate strong analytical and planning skills to review data and trends effectively.
Call points include both community and academic oncologists
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry
A valid and active driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
A master's degree, and additional language skills (e.g., Spanish)
A successful track record in driving results, knowledge of the oncology landscape, and proficiency in pharmaceutical marketing, reimbursement, and compliance guidelines are also preferred.
Proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering on business objectives while ensuring adherence to ethical standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
Base Pay Range for this position - $133,800 - $200,700
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
