The Customer Service Data Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting various administration tasks within the Municipal Capital Projects Team.  Tasks include outgoing calls, reviewing and updating data for CRM migration and other administrative tasks for the E&E group. 

 

Job Title:  Customer Service Data Analyst Intern

Location:  Brooklyn Park, MN

Comp:  $17-19/hour



Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and updating over 2000 JCDB contacts using Microsoft Excel for migration to CRM system.
  • Independently telephone and document update customer information in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist department managers with ongoing projects as approved by direct supervisor.
  • Performance of other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Detailed oriented, organized, and independent worker.
  • Appearance/professionalism: must present professional appearance and have a high degree of personal and professional integrity
  • College student majoring in a business field (accounting, finance, economics, etc.)

Physical and mental requirements: Required to sit for extended periods of time.
