The Role

A Roving mobile floor care tech | 4:30PM -1:00AM | Servicon, a leading facility services provider, is currently seeking experienced and skilled Floorcare Technicians to join our various teams. As a Floorcare Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' facilities and their floors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and contribute to the success of our company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform a wide range of floorcare duties, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Utilize industry-leading techniques and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or requests.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• Proven experience as a Floorcare Technician, with a strong track record of successfully completing floorcare projects.
• In-depth knowledge of various floor types, cleaning solutions, and equipment.
• Ability to quickly assess and address floorcare needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment or floorcare issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid (non-expired) Driver’s license
• Must be able to successfully pass a Livescan
