Admitting Clerk/Scheduler PRN at KANSAS MEDICAL CENTER, LLC in Andover, Kansas

Job Description:

Adding a PRN Clerk to the Team! We are the Hub for registering patients, checking-in for surgeries and procedures, scheduling outpatient Radiology scans, verifying insurances for precertifications and authorizations, among other duties. Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must as well as organizational skills and computer familiarity.
Availability 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday to assist with heavy scheduling days and to help cover vacations and absences.
Previous experience is very much preferred; knowledge of Cerner and insurance precerts/authorizations is very helpful.
