Job Description:


Job Overview:


In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire technical program for SOC design verification, a vital stage in ensuring the functionality and performance of Arm's next-generation products. You'll use your deep understanding of SOC design verification methodologies and program management expertise to lead a multi-functional team and deliver successful Programs on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:

Project execution


  • Develop, define, and implement the technical program plan for SOC design verification, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Manage and track program progress against schedule PORs. Effectively communicating program status, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with upstream and downstream DRIs to mitigate delivery slips.

  • Own define and track DV quality metrics include burn down & coverage charts, milestone checklist & exit reviews. Identify and proactively address any potential roadblocks or delays.


Functional support

  • Program manage global SOC design verification methodologies and tools initiatives, continuously improving program efficiency and effectiveness per OKRs.

  • Work internally with DV teams across sites to prioritize, and efficiently implement the DV tasks.



Required Skills and Experience :


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science or Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience in technology companies is required.

  • In-depth knowledge of SOC design verification methodologies, including UVM, SystemVerilog and assertion methodologies. DV flows and tools experiences

  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical programs for large-scale partner collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.



"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :


  • Prior ASIC design or SOC design verification experience

  • Certified PMP

Salary Range:
$201,025-$271,975 per year
