Job Description:


Job Overview:


In this crucial role, you'll play a key role in integrating Arm's next-generation technologies into Systems on Chips (SoCs). You'll use your understanding of SOC integration principles and collaborate with a multi-functional team to ensure seamless and efficient integration.


Responsibilities:

Project execution


  • Develop, define, and implement the comprehensive technical program plan for SOC integration. This includes on-time delivery of uArch specs, design collaterals, and RTL releases.

  • Manage and track program progress against schedule PORs. Effectively communicating program status, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with Arch, DV, Emulation, DFT, System Performance, SW DRIs to mitigate delivery slips.

  • Own, define and track Design (DE) quality metrics. Ensure timely completion of design reviews, checklist before milestones exit, and tapeout.


Functional support

  • Support the development of the design methodology. Drive Design initiatives across all sites to improve program efficiency and effectiveness per OKRs.



Required Skills and Experience :


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science or Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience in technology companies is required.

  • Experience with SOC or a subsystem integration methodology, flow and tools include System Verilog, Linting, constraint development, synthesis, formal verification.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical programs for large-scale partner collaboration.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.



"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :


  • Prior ASIC design or SOC integration experience including bus protocols, memory controllers, clocks, I/O, debug, Security

  • Certified PMP

Salary Range:
$201,025-$271,975 per year
