Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a fast-paced environment, focusing on fit and comfort in apparel design.
Responsibilities

• Execute the technical design process from development to final fit, ensuring quality and standards are met.


• Analyze and evaluate garments to develop accurate fit specifications.


• Communicate fit requirements to vendors and factories for approvals and corrections.


• Make adjustments with factories to maintain the integrity of design-approved prototypes.


• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure design intent is achieved while adhering to fit, comfort, and quality standards.


• Direct and mentor Assistant or Associate Technical Designers as needed.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical design, particularly in intimates/apparel.


• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM.


• Strong understanding of fit comments and pattern correction processes.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with centric training and garment fittings.


• Background in retail, fashion, or eCommerce sectors.


• Demonstrated expertise in specific product types relevant to the role.
