Reporting to the US Program Director, the US Program Coordinator provides support to the US Program team as well as coordinating day-to-day project activities. The Program Coordinator will also provide limited administrative support to Ipas's Corporate Finance Officer and Corporate Operations Officer. The Program Coordinator supports the development and tracking of activity expenses for the Ipas US program, as well as acting as a liaison to organizations fiscally sponsored by Ipas so that these are managed in accordance with donor and organizational requirements. This Position supports logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, coordinates consultant's agreements and supports their reporting, and also supports the team in documentation and disseminating relevant program materials.

Hiring range for a US-based candidate is $30.00 to $33.00 per hour. Compensation for this position will be determined by the prevailing market rate in the employee's country and the applicable statutory laws, in addition to Ipas's own pay philosophy and other factors, such as the employee's experience level and expertise.
Summary of Responsibilities
Provides broad administrative support including scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences, and travel planning.
Works with the program director to coordinate project work-planning and tracking.
Supports project activity implementation monitoring for the program.
follows through on contractual management in coordination with relevant teams (finance, procurement etc.)
Works with the program director and team on budget development and tracks spending for activities.
Ensures program activities are documented according to Ipas systems as required.
Supports project reporting and documentation under the direction of the Program Director
Acts a liaison with fiscally sponsored organizations to coordinate administrative and financial tasks including procurement support, travel expense reconciliation, tracking invoices and other deliverables to submit to Donors, and payment support under the direction of Controller or Chief Financial Officer.
Maintains the team's SharePoint site and organizes electronic document storage
Minimum Requirements
Experience in planning, administration, and/or logistics
Commitment to reproductive justice
2-3 years of project support experiences, including providing support with budgeting, expense management and other financial procedures
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification and Certification in Project Management
Ability to work with clear targets with minimum supervision.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in other languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese or others)
