Hays is partnered with a General Contractor who has been working in Southern California for over 40 years. They are currently searching for a Life Science project manager with Laboratory TI experience to join their team in Orange County.



Your new role

• Overseeing job site and personnel.
  
  


• Overseeing labor projections.
  
  


• Contract negotiation and administration.
  
  


• Project scheduling and planning.
  
  


• Negotiating and purchasing materials.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience on commercial Life Science projects
  
  


• Construction or construction-relevant degree
  
  


• Trade-specific knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finishes sufficient to guarantee proper conformance with architectural and engineered design requirements.
  
  


• LEED or similar accreditation preferred.
