Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in overseeing various aspects of multifamily project planning, execution, and completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.


• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.


• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.


• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.


• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.


• Support the Project Manager in managing project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel.


• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role, preferably in multifamily projects.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to multifamily projects.


• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
