Responsible for timely and accurately research into unclaimed financial property for our providers, customers, and/or members. Updates unclaimed property spreadsheets monthly by promptly keying in Excel the stale dated checks by legal entity. Researches and provides the check information for all checks in unclaimed property. Researches and resolves questions and inquiries from Magellan employees, vendors and providers related to unclaimed property. Assists management with special projects or tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer service attitude.
Demonstrated ability to deal professionally with vendors and internal customers.
Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel, can proficiently use complex formulas, data analysis tools, pivot tables, etc.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
Ability to easily learn new software.
