Essential Job Functions:


  • Perform tasks associated to renting apartments.

  • Act as a resource on gathering required information.

  • Collect, record, and deposit rent.

  • Ensure that move-in paperwork is complete.

  • Assist residents with move-in process.

  • Complete background check for new tenant applications.

  • Assist community personnel and residents with understanding regulations and procedures.

  • Complete and submit all applications in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Processes applications by verifying all income and assets, determine income eligibility.

  • Prepare lease packages for signing, including addendums, HIPPA authorizations, Tenant Income Certification, and all other needed documents.

  • Coordinate move-in dates and apartment assignments for new residents in accordance with open apartments and vacant units.

  • Comprehensive understanding of state and federal low-income rental guidelines

  • Maintain and update Yardi.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership skills and team-player.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to all residents.

Work Schedule: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday; additional hours, including weekends, may be required to meet business needs.
