Position Summary...

As a Project Manager on the Creative Marketing Team at Sam's Club, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand promise to life. You'll collaborate closely with various sectors of our organization and our inventive teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that put our members first. Your efforts will ensure that Sam's Club is at the forefront of brand advocacy, creating memorable experiences for our members throughout the year, especially during major celebrations and seasonal events.


From the initial project brief to the final asset delivery, you'll manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every detail aligns with our organizational goals. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the development of campaigns and programs, secure leadership endorsement, and oversee their successful implementation. Your work will be on-site at the Sam's Club Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, where you'll be at the heart of our marketing operations, driving initiatives that resonate deeply with our members and enhance their connection to our brand.



What you'll do...






  • Fostering Connections: Cultivate strong partnerships with internal business associates, members of the Creative & Content teams, and external agency partners.


  • Present Work to Leadership: Confidently and concisely present work and project updates to leadership.


  • Update and Oversee Documentation: Manage and update artifacts and documentation relative to our ways of working.


  • Manage Daily Campaign Operations: Oversee multiple, complex, and concurrent creative projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.


  • Coordinate with Partners: Ensure all feedback is parsed to appropriate partners and changes are implemented at each stage gate.


  • Lead Paid Media Portion: Oversee the lifecycle of paid media plans, ensuring they align with overall campaign strategies.

  • Documentation Immersion: Immerse yourself in documentation, always seeking to work smarter.


  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with project management tools like Workfront and Airtable is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

















Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
