Main Objective:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily functions of our satellite office, managing the distribution of DME for military (TRIWEST/Humana) and workers' compensation clients. You will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with industry regulations, and exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, supply chain expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the satellite office, ensuring smooth DME distribution for TRIWEST/Humana beneficiaries and workers' compensation cases.
Lead and supervise a team, including warehouse staff and customer service representatives, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
Ensure timely fulfillment of orders, accurate inventory management, and compliance with medical industry regulations.
Develop and implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency and support business growth.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies to ensure seamless DME order processing and approvals.
Manage vendor relationships and supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability.
Ensure compliance with TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers' compensation guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels, prepare reports, and provide data-driven analysis for forecasting and budgeting.
Address and resolve customer service issues, prioritizing a customer-first approach.
Collaborate with senior management to set goals, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
? Proven experience in DME operations, supply chain management, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
? Knowledge of TriWest/Humana, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and workers' compensation procedures related to DME distribution.
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Proficiency in inventory management systems and operational software.
? Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
