Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative in the Telecommunications sector to join their client's team in Augusta, Maine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business owners and C-level executives across the local metro area. This role requires an individual with a strong sales background and the ability to communicate effectively and meet sales targets.



Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and C-level executives across the local metro area through direct, face-to-face interactions.


• Effectively communicate the value of products to potential customers and accurately pre-qualify sales opportunities.


• Accurately record sales activities in the CRM system.


• Adhere to the established sales process and fulfill all associated responsibilities.


• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.


• Attend prospect and company meetings punctually.


• Maintain a professional appearance and come fully prepared for all prospect interactions.


• Target small to mid-sized businesses - no barrier if large account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.


• 3+ years of business development sales experience.


• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus!


• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.).


• Must be a HUNTER!


• Willing to travel within a 1-hour radius / territory as required.

1st Shift, Monday - Friday



Benefits



This position offers competitive pay and benefits, with a salary range from $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Travel time is approximately 60% of the role.



Additional Details



The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with traveling around 60% of the time, focusing on establishing and growing client relationships within the designated territory.
