This role reports to Kristen Muenz, Archivist (kmuenz@wexarts.org)
The Wexner Center for the Art's (WCA) Archivist intern will work within the WCA's Exhibition Department but like the archivist, service the entire center. Their contributions will include assisting with and personally performing specialized tasks conducted alongside the WCA Archivist and will contribute towards physically processing archival material (paper-based and audiovisual) and creating inventories.
In addition to departmental responsibilities, all Wexner Center interns participate in a center-wide internship cohort. To support this cohort, the Learning & Public Practice department offers professional development sessions and gatherings that interns are expected to attend throughout their internship. We welcome feedback on the internship program as a whole and seek to foster a collaborative and generative environment for all interns.

Candidates should be available to work up to 10 hours per week generally during business hours.
Additional Information:
Duration: This internship runs from August 2025 - May 2026. Position renewal is possible.
Location: Generally the work is performed at the Wex. Please discuss any duties that can be performed remotely with the hiring manager.
Compensation: Pay range is $13.00 - $14.00/hr. The offer will fall within this range based on the available budget, the selected candidate's qualifications, and internal equity.
The Wex can also support and document work for course credit through the candidate's home academic unit in lieu of monetary compensation, if preferred.
