The Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Solution Owner reports into the State Street Business Risk Management organization and is responsible for end to end delivery of IRM capabilities in Archer in support of the enterprise risk excellence mandate. The IRM Solution Owner will play a pivotal role as a liaison across a broad set of cross functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems in partnership and with oversight of the program's sourced managed service provider.

What you will be responsible for

As an Integrated Risk Management Solution Owner, Vice President you will

• Provide leadership, guidance and oversight in execution of the enterprise IRM roadmap


• Partner closely with program stakeholders to maintain the respective product roadmap and demand backlog


• Oversees execution of the IRM managed service partner, ensuring compliance with delivery lifecycle tollgates as well as the overall quality of deliverables


• Serve as IRM representation at executive-level steering committees; clearly communicating risks and issues and driving resolution


• Lead special projects and support other cross-functional IRM initiatives and deliverables to drive Risk Excellence goals and objectives

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IRM systems solutioning and implementation


• Deep knowledge and experience in the design of RSA Archer solutions including thorough understanding of the business principles for IRM risk domain functions


• Extensive experience working in a managed service operating model with direct accountability for third party supplier oversight


• Consultative aptitude to support cross-organizational IRM goals and objectives


• Experience driving multiple projects through the software delivery lifecycle and managing associated risks/issues


• Proven interpersonal, communication, and issue resolution skills

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
