About the Position



We are currently seeking a Senior Planner to join our growing Federal Planning team.


The successful candidate will lead and manage facilities and land use planning efforts, and mission requirements-related data for military and federal clients worldwide. This role requires experience overseeing constraints mapping and documentation development in support of regional, urban, and military installation design. Additionally, the Senior Planner will manage client relationships and ensure project delivery meets federal planning standards.



Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience in federal or military planning


• Contract and task order management experience


• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and procedures


• Understanding of planning requirements for federal and military facilities (DoD and non-DoD)


• Experience managing facilities design criteria and master planning

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders


• Experience with public speaking and leading presentations


• Ability to manage and mentor junior planners and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Additional Information


Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Military Planner with a salary range of $100,800.00 - $159,800.00 .
