The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter eager to embrace the opportunity to learn and grow on the job in a fast-paced environment.
You should be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Experience in a content production role with copy editing, writing, and basic graphic design knowledge is essential.
This position will coordinate proposal development from kick-off to final submission with a focus on overall content quality, team communication, and adherence to deadlines while following established best practices.
This position works closely with technical, marketing, and corporate compliance team members to ensure proposals fulfill all RFP/Q specifications and instructions. Talent at translating complex technical subject material into easily understandable content is a strong plus.
Core duties include gathering, editing, and creating custom proposal components to meet client specifications, including examples of past performance, resumes, subconsultant materials, and supplemental information from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This position owns the resume and professional license repository and is responsible for ensuring it is up to date for use by proposal teams across the organization.
