Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Qualifying and nurturing leads and within our existing accounts and new prospects

  • Managing a high volume of opportunities and transactional sales while representing your role in our team "value added" sales approach

  • Proactively maintain communication via outbound contacts (phone calls and email) on a daily basis

  • Assessing prospects' needs within the broad HBK physical properties application scope

  • Interacting with customers in marketing promotions and events


Professional qualifications



  • ME or EE degree or other technical degree in an engineering or physical science discipline strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge and/or experience selling one or more of the following: acoustics, sound/vibration measurement, instrumentation, test and measurement products, sensors; the ideal candidate will have experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustics or Test Measurement.

  • Must be self-motivated, organized and have the ability to handle numerous parallel tasks and projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical ability to learn diverse product line a must

  • Ability and experience in demonstrating technical products

  • Candidates with experience dealing with system integrators, heavy equipment, agriculture, electric power measurement or motor/inverter industries a plus.

  • Successful history working from home office with minimal supervision is a plus
