SUMMARY
The Facility Greeter welcomes and screens all employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, volunteers and any other individuals looking to enter at designated entrances within the facility. This screening process includes taking temperatures and asking a standard set of questions. The Facility Greeter will ensure that employees have completed their Daily Pass within 2 hours of entering and that all individuals entering the facility are properly masked and cleared to enter. The Facility Greeter must promote positive guest relations and must ensure that wait time are minimal by keeping the screening line moving efficiently.

SCHEDULE: 8-Hour Shifts between the hours of 5:30 am to 8:30 pm (weekends and holidays)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that employees have completed their Daily Pass within 2 hours of entering the facility.
Strong attention to detail:
Ask required set of standardized screening questions.
Take temperatures of all patients, visitors, vendors, interviewees, and any other individuals not using Daily Pass.
Ensure they are cleared to enter.
Properly and professionally handle situations where entry is denied.
Ensure that the screening line moves quickly and efficiently to limit wait times.
Ensure that anyone entering the facility is properly masked (nose and mouth covered) and distribute masks to those not wearing one.
Display a positive, warm, and welcoming attitude to coworkers and all individuals entering the facility.
Must have flexibility to work evening and weekend hours.
Depending on the assigned work location, may also assist with visitor check-in.
May include the following additional responsibilities:
Maintain floors in the entrance/waiting area (wet and dry) following established policies.
Dust, clean, and polish furniture, surfaces, and woodwork in the entrance/waiting area following established procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $15.50 - $17.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
