  dashboard

  and
  graphics
   

• Support
  troubleshooting of escalated
  user
  issues within a custom software
  application
  and record
  data in enterprise systems
   

• Identify
  opportunities for process enhancements
  and document standard operating procedures,
  checklists,
  and
  data/task trackers
