Caliber Public Safety is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join our Sales Team! In this role you will interact with existing customers, channel partners, and prospects to promote sales. You will have complete ownership of your sales territory where you will be expected to generate new business.
We are seeking a Sale Representative with a territory owner mindset and hunter attitude who thrives on challenge. If you have in-depth knowledge of public safety, business acumen, and experience managing a consistent sales pipeline we want to talk to you!
What’s Your Impact:
Plan and manage a sales territory according to sales strategy.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are consistently and sustainably met
Record client information and progress in the sales CRM
Communicate and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships to effectively close new business
Resolve prospective client concerns and inquiries throughout the sales process to promote a positive customer experience
Attend and present at external customer meetings, internal company functions, tradeshows, conferences, etc. to aid business development
Present basic software features and functions in congruence to customer’s areas of focus and priorities
Coordinate contract negotiations and close new business
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of government agency, multi-process sales cycles preferred
Ability to travel 50-75% and located near a major airport
Demonstrated success in similar market.
In-depth knowledge of public safety, either directly as an officer or indirectly as a sales professional
Business acumen to profitably own and grow the territory
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota and developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline
CAD, Mobile, RMS experience
