As a System Administrator you'll have the opportunity to:


  • Implement, support, and maintain applications within our Citrix environment and workstations.


  • Install, configure, and update a wide variety of applications used by the firm.


  • Resolve complex and widespread issues with applications and act as a point of ticket escalation for our support team.


  • Maintain detailed documentation of software configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.


  • Lead projects and initiatives including consolidating and decommissioning existing applications.

Qualifications:



  • Analytical skills to evaluate application performance and determine how changes in the environment will impact an application


  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels


  • The ability to work independently with technical competence


  • Experience with Citrix and administration of virtual environments


  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a previous IT role.




Preferred:


  • Associates degree in a field such as Computer technology or related field.


  • Minimum two (2) years' experience with administrating Citrix, Virtual Desktop Environments, and Active Directory


  • Previous experience in troubleshooting or maintaining applications within the accounting sector.
