Details About This Specific Position:

• Dallas or Boca Raton Office Location, 2 days in the office
  
  


• Full-Time / Part-Time work during normal business hours
  
  

The Summer Associate, Candidate Engagement intern role involves supporting the evolution of our candidate engagement process. Responsibilities include creating recruitment-specific training materials, executing a secret shopper strategy to evaluate our current approach and that of our competitors, and developing trackers, reports, and return on investment analyses related to our job board utilization and marketing spend. The intern will also assist in creating documentation for our lead process.


This internship provides valuable insights into healthcare trends and the application of business acumen, as well as project management experience. Interns will have the opportunity to review, create, and execute original projects while building networking skills that can be valuable after graduation.


This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Healthcare Recruiting department, which can be valuable for future career opportunities.



Minimum Experience:

• Undergraduate student working toward their degree and/or returning to school in the fall

$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly
