Great opportunity exists for a Master's level clinician to join our dedicated team of professionals in our In-Home Therapy program in Quincy! In-Home Therapy is an intensive therapeutic intervention designed to stabilize families in crisis in order to reduce risk of inpatient hospitalization. In-home therapists provide structured, family focused, strength-based, services to children/adolescents age 20 and under and their families. In-Home Therapy services are provided in the home and community. The child/adolescent and their family are taught skills to improve social and emotional skills such as problem solving, limit setting, risk management/safety planning and ways to improve communication. In-Home Therapy is a wrap-around model of care and pairs each Master's level clinician with a Bachelor's Level Therapeutic Training and Support worker to jointly address the needs of the family.
This is a full-time salaried position with potential to earn additional money!
Responsibilities:
Travel to youth's home and throughout the community
Be available from 8:00am-8:00pm for home visits and crisis situations
Family therapy interventions targeting specific goals and supporting improved family interactions
Regular coordination with collaterals providers, including schools, state agencies and other team members
Assist the family in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural supports
Maintain accurate clinical charts and follow all clinical documentation timelines and requirements
Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize work responsibilities
Able to make clinical and professional decisions quickly in crisis situations
Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings

Required Skills
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Access to a personal vehicle for client transportation
Bilingual is a plus
Computer proficiency required
Required Experience
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field with eligibility for licensure required
Prior experience with diagnosis and assessment
CANS Certification required and may be obtained after hired
Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
