Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives in the Trading and Operations domain, with a focus on optimizing workflows, enhancing platform capabilities, and delivering measurable business value. This role will be instrumental in managing and evolving the Broadridge Sentry Order Management System (OMS) to support front-to-back-office processes across Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations and Compliance. This role requires expertise in product strategy, execution, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor management to drive measurable business impact.



Responsibilities



Product Vision:





  • Refine and promote a product vision that aligns with Global Credit's business strategy and drives measurable outcomes across internal teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders. Ensure roadmaps prioritize business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

  • Develop business cases for new initiatives, defining scope, solution design, timeline, costs, and resource estimates.

  • Influence Business Architecture and functional/technical roadmaps to support scalable and efficient solutions.

  • Contribute to build vs. buy analyses to evaluate solution feasibility.

  • Serve as a liaison between investment, business, operations, and technology teams, translating business needs into executable product solutions.

  • Continuously assess and manage the product and technology landscape to ensure scalability, reliability, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership.

  • Grow as a subject matter expert (SME) in both existing and new areas. Stay informed on industry trends and maintain strong relationships with peers.




Product Delivery & Execution:





  • Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution.

  • Lead Broadridge Sentry OMS enhancements, ensuring the platform evolves to meet business needs.

  • Define MVP solutions that deliver incremental business value while solving key challenges.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure roadmaps are feasible and well-defined, minimizing rework.

  • Define and manage product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and architectural visuals to ensure clarity across teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive timely execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, testing, and program management.

  • Identify and analyze alternative solutions, applying systems thinking to assess broader implications.

  • Own the solution go-live process, including data migration, training, and user enablement.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Act as the first line of support for enhancement requests, determining feasibility within existing capabilities or scoping new solutions.


Product Adoption & Business Impact:



  • Partner with portfolio management, trading, operations and compliance business stakeholders to drive platform adoption.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize processes and remove adoption barriers for new capabilities.

  • Develop and implement metrics programs to measure platform effectiveness and business impact.

  • Support training and enablement to maximize value realization.




Stakeholder Management:





  • Maintain transparent stakeholder communication through tailored executive reporting, status updates, and expectation setting.

  • Drive alignment and collaboration on product vision, adoption metrics and business impact across business, technology, and operations teams.




Team & Resource Management





  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, open communication, and shared accountability to drive execution excellence and collective delivery success.

  • Use team retrospectives to drive continuous improvement, optimize delivery processes, and foster a high-performing team.

  • Lead proactive resource planning to support product delivery and execution. Ensure FTE, vendor and consulting resources are fully engaged and delivering measurable value.




Vendor Management





  • Proactively manage vendor relationships to mitigate long-term platform risks and ensure alignment with product goals.

  • Ensure clear vendor communication to drive accountability and support timely delivery of system enhancements and support.




Qualifications



Education & Certificates





  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical discipline, preferred

  • Graduate level degree, preferred




Professional Experience





  • Minimum of 6 years of overall relevant technical experience, required

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on trading and operations technology.

  • Proven ability to define and execute strategic product roadmaps and manage large-scale technology implementations.

  • Strong understanding of trading and operational workflows in credit or fixed income markets.

  • Experience managing compliance, reconciliation, and post-trade processing requirements.

  • Broadridge Sentry OMS experience highly preferred.

  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

  • Strong documentation skills, including experience with BPMN 2.0 for process mapping.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams.

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Benefits/Compensation



The compensation range for this role is specific to [Office Location] and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.


The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000.

Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
