Assist project managers and teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document control, and reporting.
Maintain and organize project records, contracts, and compliance documents.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments while tracking project expenses.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.
Ensure all project documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, assisting in risk mitigation.
Support onboarding and compliance documentation for subcontractors and vendors.
Assist with maintaining construction schedules, procurement logs, and change orders.
Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and handling project inquiries.
