Job Description:

A client located in Downtown San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Clerk to support afamily wealth planning team.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Maintain and organize physical and digital case files for family wealth planning matters.

  • Index and update client binders to ensure all documentation is current and accurately filed.

  • Assist attorneys and paralegals in retrieving and organizing case-related materials.

  • Conduct periodic audits of case files to ensure completeness and compliance with firm policies.

  • Label, categorize, and archive documents for easy reference.

  • Ensure confidential handling of sensitive client information.

  • Perform administrative support tasks, including scanning, copying, and data entry.



Qualifications & Skills:




  • Prior experience in a legal or administrative support role preferred is a must!

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.




  • Hours: 7 hours per day, in-office only!
