Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Admin to join their client's team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the construction team. The position requires an individual who is meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.



Position Summary:



Administrative support function(s) including but not limited to:


  • Document management

  • Support estimating and preconstruction functions

  • Research and manage time-sensitive RFP deliverables

  • Requires work to be done in an accurate, timely manner and with a positive customer service follow-through with clients.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



The essential duties include the distribution and maintenance of the RFP / bid documents, records, files, reports, and other information to and from the customer. This includes maintaining information within the company.


  • Coordinates company branding and marketing programs.

  • Manage internet social media interface as is aligns with company policies

  • Maintain the content and development of the companies website.

  • Oversees the preparation and publication of company marketing materials for the overall company

  • Provides reports and analytics to top management based on industry-related information such as marketing trends, competition, new technologies, etc.

  • Manage and maintain the Company's project profiles with pictures, descriptions, honors, etc.

  • Maintain Company marketing-related archives.

  • Manage and edit the company's newsletter, trade publication articles and advertisements, etc.

  • Oversee the production of marketing brochures, signage, trade show displays, etc.

  • Organize, plan, and execute selected internal and external events.

  • Help with the coordination of industry-related trade group memberships and meetings.

  • Assist with the collection and summarization of client leads, meetings, etc.


Requirements



4+ years experience as a Construction Admin


The candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly to a wide range of customers in a positive and effective way.


Basic knowledge of computers, ,Word, Outlook Excel, accounting, and organizational skills are essential.



Work Hours



Monday - Friday -hours may vary



Direct Hire role




Salaried position - $30.00-$35.00 per hour
